摘 要:为保障沿空巷旁U型钢支护具备恒阻大变形特性,基于力学分析、试验研究和工程实践相结合的方法,分析了U型钢搭接结构让压滑动性的主要影响因素,提出了一种优化的带耳式U形螺杆卡缆。研究结果表明:U形螺杆与型钢接触面的滑动性是制约支护结构让压大变形的主要因素之一;董东矿50107工作面切顶留巷,采用带耳式U形螺杆卡缆安设巷旁搭接支护,巷旁让压和巷内整体效果良好。In order to ensure the continuous deformation and large deformation of the U-steel support along the side roadway,based on mechanical analysis, experimental research and engineering practice are combined to analyze the U-steel that the main factors that affect the sliding pressure, putting forward an optimized U-cable with ear cable. The results show that the sliding property of the contact surface between the U-shape screw and the section steel is one of the main factors restricting the deformation of the support structure. The 50107 coal face mining of Dongdong mine is top-lane side lane lap support, roadside pressure and the overall good effect in lane.
