摘 要:以山西曹村煤矿为工程背景,针对浅埋破碎厚顶巷道锚杆支护困难的现状,基于支护-围岩共同作用承载的思想,建立钢带岩梁力学模型,分析钢带与顶板的共同承载能力并推导出巷道顶板钢带支护参数的表达式,在此基础上结合正交试验分析巷道跨度、岩梁高度、钢带宽度及厚度对钢带数量的影响规律。Taking Caocun coal mine as the engineering background, mechanical model of steel band rock beam is established based on the joint action with supporting and surrounding rock in order to solve the difficulty of bolt support in shallow and cracked thick roof roadway. Mathematical expressions about steel belt support parameter of roadway roof is obtained through analysis of the joint bearing capacity of steel strip and roof. Several factors, such as roadway span, rock beam height, width and thickness of steel strip, are discussed in order to know the influence of them on steel strip quantity.
