小纪汗煤的HJC模型参数确定及数值模拟

摘　　要：利用MTS816及油泵围压系统对小纪汗煤进行单轴、三轴试验、巴西劈裂试验,测得煤抗压强度、抗拉强度、剪切强度,并换算出煤样的部分HJC模型基本力学参数。通过煤样的霍普金森压杆的实验数据计算出应变率效应系数。经过LS-DYNA MAT_JOHNSON_HOLMQUIST_CONCRETE模型进行模拟得,波形曲线与实验结果相似,不同子弹速度下,煤样破碎程度与实验结果一致。Using MTS816 and the oil pump system, the uniaxial and tri-axial tests and the Brazilian splitting test of Xiaojihan coal were carried out to measure the compressive strength, tensile strength and shear strength. And convert some basic mechanical parameters of HJC model of coal sample. The strain rate effect coefficient was calculated from the experimental data of Hopkinson pressure bar of coal sample. By LS-DYNA MATJOHNSONHOLMQUIST CONCRETE model, the waveform curve is similar to the experimental results. Meanwhile, under different bullet velocities, the degree of coal crushing is consistent with the experimental results.
