摘 要:针对常规筛管及套管完井的单支水平井完井后储层污染比较严重的问题,创造了一种新的造穴造缝解堵工艺来减少储层污染和进行增产作业。采用气体波动压力动力坍塌扩孔增大煤储层裸露面积和沟通裂隙,然后循环洗井,携带清除裂缝和孔隙中煤灰,提高井筒周围煤储层渗透率。试验结果表明,该技术结合了造穴和压裂技术的优势,既消除了井眼周围的污染带,又增加了煤层的导流能力,为煤层气水平井污染解除和增产改造提供了一个新的思路。Due to the serious reservoir pollution problem for CBM horizontal well with screen and casing completion, a new innovation technology of cave and seam-building is experimented to eliminate pollution and enhance recovery technique. the use of pneumatic pressure-build a cave collapse,increasing the coal reservoir contact area, then wash cycle well, carrying clear cracks and pores ash,improve coal reservoir permeability around the wellbore. By adopting build and bleed pressure to increasing the coal reservoir bare area, then wash cycle well, carrying clear cracks and pores ash,improve coal reservoir permeability around the wellbore. The result shows that the technology combined with cave-building and fracturing eliminates the pollution zone around the borehole, and increase the conductivity of the coal seam, which provide a new method for pollution reduction and well stimulation.
