摘  要:根据采煤机滚筒喷雾灭尘的需要,针对一种旋流型喷嘴特性参数进行试验,经理论分析推导出3个主要喷雾特性参数的理论模型。利用Pro/E软件对采煤机水喷雾喷嘴内流场进行三维建模,用ANSYS/FLOTRAN CFD来模拟并分析采煤机水喷雾喷嘴内的流场情况,比较喷嘴不同结构尺寸对喷嘴内流场的影响。According to the needs of the dust removal of the shearer′ s drum spray, the theoretical model of 3 main parameters of the spray characteristic is derived by the theoretical analysis of the characteristic parameters of a swirling nozzle. Pro/E software is used to model the flow field in the water spray nozzle of the shearer, and the flow field in the water spray nozzle of the shearer is simulated and analyzed with ANSYS/FLOTRAN CFD. The influence on the flow field in spray nozzle of the different structure size of the nozzle is compared.
