摘  要:为了更加高效地监控采煤机工作状态,提出了一种嵌入式采煤机监控系统,给出了详细的硬件和软件的分析与设计。该系统以单片机C8051F040为核心并结合了CAN总线技术。利用Lab VIEW组态软件对系统监控功能进行了具体实现。实例应用结果表明,基于嵌入式技术的采煤机监控系统能够解决采煤机的状态监控问题,并具有一定的抗干扰能力。In order to more effectively monitor the coal winning machine working state, an embedded shearer monitoring system is proposed, and detailed hardware and software analysis and design are given. The system is based on single chip microcomputer C8051 F040 and combines CAN bus technology. The system monitoring function is realized by Lab VIEW configuration software. The application results show that the monitoring system of coal mining machine based on embedded technology can solve the state monitoring problem of coal mining machine and has certain anti-jamming ability.
