摘 要:提出一种基于APDL编程技术并通过双圆弧齿轮的齿面方程以及各参数之间的关系建立精确的双圆弧齿轮模型的方法。运用该方法建立的双圆弧齿轮模型,可以避免在三维软件建模再导入有限元软件中,由于软件之间不兼容致使模型精度差的弊端,从而提高了有限元模型的精确性。使对其进行动态接触与啮合特性分析结果更为合理与可信。对圆弧齿轮的参数化设计计算有较好的参考意义,并且为双圆弧齿轮动态特性分析提供了分析依据。Presents a method of APDL programming technology and the establishment of the double circular arc gear precise model of the relationship between the tooth surface equation of double the circular arc gear and the parameters based on the. The double circular arc gear model established by this method can avoid 3 D software modeling in the introduction of finite element software, because the inaccuracy of the model resulted from the incompatibility between software, thus improving the accuracy of the finite element model. The analysis results of dynamic contact and meshing characteristics are more reasonable and credible. It has a good reference value for the parametric design and calculation of the circular arc gear, and provides the analysis basis for the dynamic characteristic analysis of the double circular arc gear.
