摘 要:根据神木矿区薄煤层的赋存条件,以高产高效、安全生产和高可靠性为目的,进行液压支架的选型计算和设计研究。针对大工作阻力薄煤层液压支架设计的特点、难点进行分析,对液压支架的总体布局、骨架参数、架型结构、液压系统等关键技术进行研究,完成ZY8600/9.5/20D液压支架的设计,为类似大工作阻力薄煤层液压支架的设计提供参考。According to the occurrence condition of thin coal seam in Shenmu mining area, the selection calculation and design research of hydraulic support are carried out with the purpose of high productivity,high efficiency, safe production and high reliability. The characteristics and difficulties of the design of hydraulic support for thin seam with high working resistance are analyzed. The key technologies such as the overall layout, structural parameters, type and structure and hydraulic system of the hydraulic support are studied to complete the design of the ZY8600/9.5/20 D hydraulic support,offering reference to the design of high working resistance thin seam hydraulic roof support.
