基于慢性肾衰的中医临床研究论肾主泄浊

摘　　要：随着慢性肾衰中医临床研究的深入,许多医家认为慢性肾衰患者均存在浊毒内蕴的病理改变,而浊毒内蕴与肾气衰竭密切相关,临床和实验研究都证明补肾和泄浊的方法能明显改善这种浊毒内蕴的局面,基于此提出"肾主泄浊"的概念。肾主泄浊是指肾脏具有促使体内代谢产生的浊邪毒物以及通过其他途径进入体内的浊邪毒物排出体外的功能,肾的这一功能是肾的重要生理功能。机体要维持正常的新陈代谢就必须依靠肾的泄浊功能,如肾不泄浊、积蓄日久就会形成浊毒内停的局面。With the in-depth clinical study of chronic renal failure in traditional Chinese Medicine,lots of doctors believe that there are pathological changes of turbid toxin in chronic renal failure patients,while the turbid toxin is closely related to renal failure. Clinical and experimental studies have proved that tonifying kidney and eliminating turbid can obviously make the situation of turbid toxin better. Accordingly,we put forward the concept of ＂kidney purging the turbidity＂. It refers to the function of the kidney to promote the excretion of turbid toxin from the body. The turbid toxin may be produced by metabolism in the body and through other ways into the body. This is an important physiological function of the kidney. To maintain normal metabolism,the organism must rely on the function of ＂ kidney purging the turbidity ＂. If the kidney does not excrete the turbidity,turbidity accumulating with time,it will develop into the turbid toxin.
