摘 要:目的:探讨桑芪首乌片对大鼠缺血-再灌注损伤后脑梗死体积及脑组织形态病理的影响。方法:采用线栓法建立局灶性脑缺血再灌注大鼠模型,连续用药6周观察神经行为学评分,脑组织TTC染色显示梗死灶并测算梗死灶体积大小,HE观察脑组织形态病理变化。结果:给药干预后,与模型对照组比较桑芪首乌片中剂量组、桑芪首乌片低剂量组能明显降低大鼠的神经行为评分,与模型对照组比较桑芪首乌片高、中、低剂量组均可减少梗死灶脑细胞坏死,缩小脑梗死灶体积。结论:桑芪首乌片能改善大鼠缺血-再灌注损伤后脑组织形态病理学改变而起到神经保护作用。Objective: To investigate the effect of Sangqi Shouwu Tablet on cerebral infarct volume and morphological pathology of brain tissue after ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats. Methods: The rat model of focal cerebral ischemia and reperfusion was established by thread embolization. Six weeks after continuous administration,the neurobehavioral score was observed. TTC staining showed infarct size and the size of infarct size was measured. Brain cell necrosis and Structural change were observed by HE. Results: After treatment,the low dose group of Sangqi Shouwu tablet and the low dose group of Sangqi Shouwu tablet could significantly decrease the neurological score of rats,compared with the model control group.The high,medium and low dose groups could reduce the necrosis of brain cells and reduce the infarct volume of cerebral infarction,compared with the model control group. Conclusion: Sangqi Shouwu tablet can improve the pathological changes of brain tissue after ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats,and play a neuroprotective effect.
