小针刀联合超短波治疗髂骨致密性骨炎患者临床疗效、复发及生活质量观察

摘　　要：目的:探究小针刀联合超短波治疗髂骨致密性骨炎(OCI)患者临床疗效及复发率、生活质量评分。方法:选取2015年4月至2016年4月收治的72例OCI患者临床资料将行小针刀治疗者作为对照组和联合超短波治疗者作为研究组各36例,比较2组临床疗效、生活质量评分和复发率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率94.44%,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义,研究组活力(81.24±6.39)分、心理职能(82.51±6.32)分、躯体疼痛(80.38±6.11)分、社会关系(81.76±6.42)分,均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义;研究组复发率0.00%,显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:OCI患者行小针刀、超短波联合治疗可促进疗效提升,生活质量改善,具有一定的临床应用与研究价值。Objective： To explore the clinical effects,recurrence rate and life quality score of acupotomy combined with ultrashort wave in the treatment of osteitis Condensans ilii（ OCI）. Methods： The clinical data of 72 patients with OCI who had been seeking treatment in the hospital from April 2015 and April 2016 were selected for analysis. The patients undergone acupotomy were set as the control group（ n = 36）,and those given acupotomy combined with ultrashort wave as the study group（ n = 36）. The clinical effects,score of life quality,and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 94. 44%,shown to be significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant; scores of vitality,psychological function,physical pains and social relations in the study group were respectively（ 81. 24 ± 6. 39）,（ 82. 51 ± 6. 32）,（ 80. 38 ± 6. 11） and（ 81. 76± 6. 42）,all shown to be higher than the control group,where the differences were statistically significant; recurrence rate in the study group was 0. 00%,significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion： For the treatment of OCI,acupotomy combined with ultrashort wave can enhance the curative effect and improve their quality of life; therefore,it is of certain value in clinical application and research.
