摘 要:新能源集中并网与直流输电技术的快速发展,使电力系统机理特性与运行控制方式均发生变化,亟需闭环精细化控制。同步相量测量单元(phasor measurement units,PMUs)因其测量的同步性与快速性,使电力系统动态实时监测成为可能,可为系统保护与闭环控制提供数据基础。然而,由于现场环境复杂,同步信号丢失、通信协议错误、系统过载等诸多因素会导致PMU存在数据丢失等问题,严重影响其在监测控制、事故分析等方面的应用。归纳了PMU数据丢失的不同场景,定义了两种数据丢失的基本类型;提出了基于插值区间动态变化的优先级分配策略,采用改进三次样条插值函数,对不同类型的丢失数据进行恢复,解决了传统方法在连续多点数据丢失类型下的失真问题。通过仿真与实际录波数据验证了该方法的可行性和准确性,对于保证PMU数据质量有着重大意义和较大价值。With rapid development of renewable energy grid-integration and DC transmission technologies, characteristics of the power system and operation control mode have changed, so the close-loop fine control is urgently needed. Phasor Measurement Units(PMUs) make it possible to monitor power system dynamically in real time because of its synchronization and rapidity. And it can provide data foundation for system protection and closed-loop control. However, due to complicated scenes, many factors, such as synchronization signal loss, communication protocol error and system overload, may cause PMU data loss and other issues. It seriously affects monitoring and control, accident analysis and other applications. In this paper, different scenarios for PMU data loss are summarized and two basic types of data loss are defined. A priority allocation strategy based on dynamic change of interpolation interval is proposed. Then the improved cubic spline interpolation function is used to recover different types of lost data. It solves the distortion problem of traditional methods in continuous multi-point data loss. Case study verifies feasibility and accuracy of this method with simulation and actual recording data. It is of great significance and value for ensuring PMU data quality.
