摘  要:储能参与电力系统调频能够减少火电机组的爬坡损耗,提高电力系统频率的稳定性。根据区域调频需求合理配置储能容量,将有利于提高系统经济性和稳定性。基于历史典型日区域控制误差(area control error,ACE),建立了基于集合经验模态分解(ensemble empirical mode decomposition,EEMD)方法的调频储能容量优化配置模型。以储能参与调频的净效益期望最大为目标,计及储能系统荷电状态(state-of-charge,SOC)等约束,优化确定基于EEMD的ACE信号滤波阶数,进而确定参与调频的储能最优配置容量。最后,基于实测ACE数据验证了所提方法的有效性。Participation of energy storage in power system regulation can reduce ramping costs of thermal power unit and improve frequency stability of power system. Reasonable allocation of energy storage capacity based on area frequency regulation requirements helps to improve economy and stability of system. According to historical typical area control error(ACE), an optimized capacity allocation model of energy storage was established based on ensemble empirical mode decomposition(EEMD) method. Taking into account state-of-charge constraints of energy storage system, the optimal filter order of ACE signal is determined based on EEMD method with the goal of maximizing net benefit expectation. Then the optimal capacity allocation of energy storage in frequency regulation is also determined. Finally, effectiveness of proposed method is verified based on measured ACE data.
