摘　　要：介绍了某电机转子冲片扣点式复合冲模的结构设计、工艺方案分析、装配工艺要点。解决了该类模具技术难题,满足了该冲片的精度要求,达到了冲片的叠压技术要求,模具结构简单,维修方便。This paper introduced the structure design, process scheme analysis and assembling key points of the button-point compound punching die for the motor rotor. It solved the die technical problems,satisfied the accuracy requirement of the punching sheet, achieved the stamping technology, the die has simple structure and convenient maintenance.
