摘　　要：分析了旋转环塑件的结构特点,介绍了注射模结构设计和工作过程。模具为二板模结构,采用一模两腔布局。为了保证塑件外观,采用了牛角浇口;侧向抽芯机构选用了斜滑块的结构形式,实践证明该模具结构紧凑,工作可靠。The structural characteristics of the rotary ring plastic parts are analyzed, and the structural design and working process of the injection mold are introduced. The mold is a two-plate mold structure, using a two-cavity layout,in order to ensure the appearance of plastic parts,horns gate is adopted; the lateral core-pulling mechanism selects the structure of the angled action slide.Practice has proved that the mold is compact in structure and reliable in work.
