摘　　要：汽车覆盖件是车身重要的零件,其形状复杂,而且表面上任何微小的缺陷都会影响外形的美观。因此覆盖件模具的加工对产品的质量起着至关重要的作用,根据模具结构与技术要求,介绍了型面修补、型面上凹圆角R加工、修磨加工、蹭光加工、抛光加工、钻排气孔等加工方法与技巧。从而生产出了合格的产品,对同类模具的加工有一定借鉴作用。The automobile panel is spare parts of importance carriage, its shape complicacy, and superficially anyly smallly would affecting the shape. For this reason panel processing of drawing die for quantity rise to the function of importance pass to product. According to the die construction and technique request, introduced the type to repair, the type ascend the cave circle cape the R to process, fix to whet to process, drill to line up the pore ere, to process the method and technique.The production of qualified products has a certain reference for similar die processing.
