摘  要:利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜和硬度计对热作模具钢4Cr5Mo2V的缺陷进行了观察与分析。结果显示,该缺陷为电渣重熔过程中电极掉落在熔池冲的块状物。缺陷区的洛氏硬度较高,与正常区相差较大,缺陷区的组织为薄片状的马氏体,周围有大面积的裸露铁素体。扫描能谱分析缺陷区的合金成分,强碳化物形成元素Mo、V及C元素含量相对较低。采用多种热处理方法对缺陷区的显微组织进行处理,试验表明通过热处理方法无法实质性消除缺陷组织。Defect of hot working die steel 4Cr5Mo2iV was observed and analyzed using metallographic, scanning electron microscopy and hardmeter. The result show that, the defect was a block in the molten pool during the electroslag process. The rockwell hardness of the defect area was higher than that of normal area. The microstructure of the defect area was lamellar martensite, with a large area of exposed ferrite around it. The alloy components of defect area were analyzed by the scanning energy spectrum, Mo, V of the strong carbide forming elements and C were relatively low. Adopted several heat treatment methods to improve the microstrueture of defect area, the experimental results show that heat treatment method can not materially eliminate the defect microstructure.
