基于“生态,景观,文化”三位一体的城市棕地景观改造研究——以长春拖拉机厂为例

摘　　要：随着地区产业结构调整和城市产业中心向郊区的搬离,城市中心遗留下大量可能存在污染的城市棕地。棕地重建对于缓解环境压力、缓和城市用地紧张、改善城市生态环境、刺激经济增长等产生诸多有益作用。目前我国棕地改造方法的研究还处于起步阶段,其景观改造缺少对生态可持续发展与经济、文化、景观的整体把握。文章提出"生态,景观,文化"三位一体的景观设计理念,应用景观生态学理论修复棕地的生态环境,应用景观美学理论重构棕地的视觉景观形象,应用社会行为学与设计学理论塑造地方人文精神和历史文化。生态修复是基础,景观重构是表象,文化塑造是内涵,三者相互依存、有机结合构成一个完整的棕地景观改造系统。以长春拖拉机厂为实际案例,以"三位一体"理念为改造方法,构建城市棕地改造程序,塑造地块内生态、景观、文化要素为一体的城市棕地新景观,旨在为城市棕地景观改造提供理论指导与实践参考。With the adjustment of regional industrial structure and the relocation of urban industrial center to the suburbs,the city center leaves a large number of potentially polluted urban brownfields. Brownfield redevelopment has many beneficial effects on relieving environmental pressure,alleviating urban land tension,improving urban ecological environment and stimulating economic growth. At present,the research of brownfield redevelopment in China is still in its initial stage,and its landscape renovation lacks the overall grasp of ecological sustainable development and economy,culture and landscape. This article puts forward ＂ ecological,landscape,culture＂ trinity,the landscape design idea of application of the theory of landscape ecology repair brown to ecological environment and landscape aesthetics theory to reconstruct brown visual landscape image,the application of the theory of social behavior and design building humanistic spirit and local history and culture, ecological restoration is a foundation, landscape reconstruction is representation,cultural shaping is connotation,all three interdependent brownfields of organic combination,constitute a complete landscape system. We use Changchun Tractor Factory as the actual case,based on ＂the trinity＂concept transformation method,through urban brownfield renovation program, building, culture, landscape, cultural elements which aims to provide theoretical guidance for the landscape renovation and practical reference of urban brownfield.
