摘  要:在山西主要养鸡区规模化养鸡场采集病死或扑杀鸡的喉气管、脑、胸肌、心肌和肺组织等;活禽静脉采集血液、气管拭子或泄殖腔拭子,雏禽采集新鲜的粪便等,共采集疑似低致病性禽流感样品608份。经血凝试验、血凝抑制试验及RT-PCR鉴定,并进行HA基因测序和核苷酸序列同源性分析。结果显示,疑似样品中有68份含有禽流感病毒,其中65份属于H9亚型,各样品毒株间HA基因核苷酸序列同源性为96.5%~98.1%,与我国现有疫苗的HA基因核苷酸及部分现有毒株序列同源性为88.9%~93.8%,说明HA基因已发生较大的遗传漂变。To investigate whether there are some genetic variations of the low pathogenic avian influenza vi- rus in Shanxi province,we collected various specimens from more than 600 suspected avian influenza chick- ens in the large-scale chicken farms. These specimens included the trachea, brain,chest muscle, myocardi- urn, and lung tissue from the dead chickens and the blood, trachea swab, cloaca swab, as well as the fresh feces from the young live birds.We performed the blood coagulation test,hemagglutination inhibition test, RT-PCR,HA gene sequencing, and gene nucleotide homology analysis on these samples. The results showed that 68 of the suspected chickens had avian influenza virus,of which 65 were the H9 subtypes,the HA gene homology among the specimens was 96.5%-98.1%, and the homology of the HA gene between the tested samples and some known avian influenza strains or vaccine strains in China was 88.9%-93.8%. Our findings implied that the avian influenza virus had some genetic drift in Shanxi province.
