摘 要:采用悬挂滴法研究了甜菜碱(BSB)-聚醚复配体系在煤油-水界面的扩张流变性质,通过改变振荡频率和浓度,考察了甜菜碱对不同聚氧乙烯(EO)与氧丙烯(PO)比值的聚醚界面扩张流变性质的影响。结果表明,BSB分子以亲水基平铺在界面上的方式形成以弹性为主的吸附膜,膜强度较大。聚醚溶液的界面流变性质受EO/PO比值的影响,随着EO数增加,分子在油水界面的控制过程由扩散交换转变为柔性长链的取向变化和界面亚层的形成,模量先降低后升高。小分子尺寸的甜菜碱和适宜分子量的聚醚协同作用,使得扩散交换作用对混合吸附膜的影响减弱,模量的浓度依赖性降低。The dilational rheological properties of betaine( BSB) and polyether mixed system at kerosene-water interface were studied by an oscillating drop method. By changing the oscillation frequency and BSB concentration,the effects of BSB on interfacial dilational rheological properties of polyether with different EO/PO ratios were investigated. The experimental results show that the BSB molecules adsorb with hydrophilic groups parallel to the interface to form an elastic-based film with certain strength. The interfacially rheological properties of the polyether solutions are affected by the EO/PO ratio. With the increase of EO number,the control process of the molecule at the oil-water interface changes from diffusion to the orientation of the flexible long chain and the formation sub-layer. As a result,the dilational modulus first reduces and then increases. The synergistic effect between betaine with small molecular size and polyether with a suitable molecular weight weakens the effect of diffusion exchange on the mixed adsorption film,and the concentration dependence of the modulus becomes weaker.
