MgCl_2侵蚀对水泥-矿渣硬化浆体相组成与演变的影响

摘　　要：研究了10%质量浓度的MgCl_2侵蚀溶液下,不同矿渣掺量(0%、20%、40%、60%)水泥-矿渣硬化浆体在不同侵蚀龄期的水化程度、水化产物相组成、C-S-H凝胶的平均分子链长(MCL)、含铝相产物迁移与转变规律。XRD、29SiNMR、27AlNMR和SEM-EDS测试结果可知:随着矿渣掺量的增加,硬化浆体固化Cl-能力增加。同时,矿渣中的Al[4]-S水解可进入C-S-H凝胶硅氧链,C-S-H凝胶Al[4]/Si增加,进而提高硬化浆体的抗MgCl_2侵蚀溶液的脱铝作用;且矿渣的掺入降低了C-S-H凝胶Ca/Si,提高了C-S-H凝胶稳定性。随着MgCl_2侵蚀龄期的延长,纯水泥硬化浆体中含铝相水化产物向Al[6]-E转化,水泥-矿渣硬化浆体含铝相水化产物向Al[6]-M/F转化。Hydration degree, composition of hydration product, average molecular chain length （MCL） of C-S-H gel, migration and transformation mechanism of aluminum-containing products under different attack ages in cement-slag hardened paste with different slag contents （0%, 20%, 40%, and 60%） attacked by 10G MgC12 were researched. The results of XRD, 29Si NMR, 27A1 NMR and SEM EDS show that chloride binding capacity of composite paste increases with the increase of slag content. At the same time, AI[-4]-S in slag can enter into the C-S-H gel silicate chain and increase AI[4]/Si of C-S-H gel, which improves the aluminzation effect of anti-MgC12 etching solution of hardened paste. The incorporation of slag reduces C-S-H gel Ca/Si and improves the stability of C-S-H gel. With the prolongation of MgC12 erosion age, the aluminum containing hydration products in cement hardened paste change to AI[6]-E, and those in cement-slag hardened paste change to Al[6] M/F.
