基于灰色层次分析法的高速公路理论交通安全度评价

摘　　要：提出高速公路理论交通安全度的概念,在分析高速公路理论交通安全度的影响因素基础上建立评价指标体系,以灰色关联分析改进传统的层次分析法确定各因素的影响权重,通过分析各项指标相对于规范的满足程度来建立对各项指标的评价标准,完成对高速公路理论交通安全度的评价,并以实例计算验证。高速公路理论交通安全度评价可以明晰高速公路各部分是否存在安全隐患,为高速公路的运营管理维护提供明确的方向。Many people pay attention to the safety of freeway. In this paper, the concept of freeway theoretical traffic safety degree was put forward, and the evaluation index system was established on the analysis of the influence factor of freeway theoretical traffic safety degree. Through the analysis of each index relative to the satisfaction degree of the norms, we achieved the evaluation standard, and the evaluation of the freeway theoretical traffic safety degree was finished. The evaluation of freeway theoretical traffic safety degree can clarify the hidden danger of each part of the freeway, provide a clear direction for the operation and maintain the freeway.
