摘  要:一些中小型试验条件有限的企业,常采用仿真的方法对金属氧化物避雷器(简称MOA)进行模拟测试,但由于当前MOA模型种类繁多,如何选取合适的模型进行模拟显得至关重要。针对这一问题,介绍了MOA模型的研究现状,基于ATP-EMTP仿真软件建立IEEE模型、Pinceti模型和MWR模型,采用Heilder电流源对不同尺寸的金属氧化物避雷器用电阻片(简称MOV)分别施加波形为8/20μs、30/80μs和波头时间为1μs的冲击电流,将仿真结果和试验结果进行对比分析,根据残压和吸收能量相对误差确定适用性仿真模型。结果表明,3种模型的残压仿真效果均较好,MWR模型残压相对误差最小,IEEE模型次之;但3种模型吸收能量相对误差较大。为此,本文通过设计RLC放电回路代替Heidler电流源进行深入研究,得到的仿真结果更接近试验测量结果,分析两种电路设计仿真结果的差异,为解决当前研究中存在的这一问题提供了参考。在避雷器产品设计阶段可应用本文研究结果,节省设计成本,提高产品质量可靠性。Simulation method usually applied to simulation test of the metal oxide arrester(MOA)for some small and medium-sized enterprises with limited test conditions. The situation that there are agreat wide variety of MOA models makes it more significant to study their applicability. The metal oxidearrester(MOA)simulation model research status was introduced in this paper,and three models,includ-ing IEEE model,Pinceti model and MWR model,were carried out by the Alternative Transient Program-Electromagnetic Transient Program(ATP-EMTP),where the Heilder current source was used to producedifferent impulse currents,including 8/20 μs,30/80 μsand steep current with front time about 1μs.Thensimulation results and experimental results were compared and analyzed according to the relative error ofresidual voltage and energy absorption. It is shown that the residual voltage simulation results of the threemodels are all good: the relative error of MWR model is the smallest,and the next is the IEEE model,while the three models have larger relative error in absorbed energy. As for that,the RLC discharge cir-cuit was designed and further results show great similarity to the measured results. The difference be-tween the two kinds of circuit design was analyzed,which can provide a reference for solving the prob-lems in the current research,and improve work efficiency for testing institution.
