摘 要:梳理了近年来因磁极引线问题导致发电电动机事故停运事件,分析了导致停运产生的原因,并在此基础上对励磁引线设计进行了总结。分析结果表明,抽水蓄能发电电动机励磁引线设计与常规水电机组发电机励磁引线设计不同,应充分考虑抽水蓄能机组工况复杂、启停频繁的运行特点,注重热及动静作用力下的引线应力变化特征研究及其对引线寿命的影响;应强化磁极引线结构设计,采用合理的断面形状,避免因结构导致的失效问题;应研究铜导体在正常及极限温升条件下的机械特性,以便建立合理的数学模型评估引线性能;并应充分考虑铜导体的电接触机理及其电腐蚀机理,从而避免了由此引起的设计、安装及运行等问题。Several typical faults of generator-motors caused by excitation lead problems were reviewed, and the reasons for the faults were analyzed. Therefore, the design of excitation lead was summarized. The analysis indicates that the excitation lead design of generator-motor of pumped storage power unit is different from the conventional hydro-gener- ator; The excitation lead design of generator-motor should thoroughly consider the characteristics of pumped storage unit that the starting and stopping are frequent and runs with complicated working conditions; it should pay much attention on the influence of thermal and dynamic stress and its characteristic for the life impact of excitation lead; The structure design of excitation lead should be strengthened and the reasonable cross-section should be used to avoid structure failure; The mechanical characteristics of copper conductor under normal running temperature and extreme temperature should be studied so as to build accurate mathematical model to evaluate the performance of excitation lead; The electrical contact theory and electrical erosion theory of copper conductor should be considered so as to avoid the problems of design, installation and operation.
