摘 要:为了有效降低煤矿生产用水成本并提高矿井水资源利用效率,采用接触过滤技术在兴隆庄煤矿实施矿井水井下复用,介绍了接触过滤的技术特点、工艺流程、主要构筑物和设备,分析了工程应用的实际效果和经济效益。应用结果表明,处理后的矿井水达到煤矿井下生产用水水质要求,处理成本为0.15元/m3,综合经济效益可达114.56万元/年。In order to effectively reduce the cost of water use in coal mining and improve the utilization of mine water resources, an underground mine water reuse project was carried out in the Xinglongzhuang coal mine. The characteristics and processes of contact filtration technology were introduced, as well as the main constructions and equipment. The actual effect and economic benefits regarding contact filtration technology were analyzed. The results show that the effluent satisfies the requirements for water used in underground coal mining.The treatment cost is 0.15 yuan/m^3. The comprehensive economic benefit reaches 1,145,600 yuan/year.
