掰启安瓿引起手损伤在不同年资护理人员中的原因分析

摘　　要：目的:观察与探究掰启安瓿引起手损伤在不同年资护理人员中的原因。方法:选取2015年11月至2016年11月惠州市中心人民医院的400例护理工作人员作为研究对象,按照护龄不同分为四组,每组各有100例护理工作人员,其中,将护龄<1年的实习护理工作人员作为观察1组,将护龄为1~5年的护理工作人员作为观察2组,将护龄为5~10年的护理工作人员作为观察3组,将护龄>10年的护理工作人员作为观察4组,对比并分析四组患者掰启安瓿引起手损伤的情况。结果:观察3组、观察4组的掰启安瓿引起手损伤的发生总例数与观察1组、观察2组相对比明显减少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察4组的掰启安瓿引起手损伤的发生总例数与观察3组相对比明显减少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),护理工作人员掰启安瓿引起手损伤的发生原因有心理紧张、急救急用、用力不均、方法错误、不熟练等。结论:掰启安瓿引起手损伤在不同年资护理人员中均有发生,加强对掰启安瓿引起手损伤相关原因的防范十分重要。Objective To observe the causes of hand injury caused by opening ampoule in different nursing staff. Methods From November 2015 to November 2016, 400 nursing staff of the hospital were selected as research subjects. According to different ages, there were 4 groups, each with 100 nursing staff. The internship nursing staff with less than one year of nursing care was taken as the observation group, the nursing staff with the nursing age of 1 to 5 years as the observation group 2, and the nursing staff with the protection age of 5 to 10 years as the observation group 3. The nursing staff who were over 10 years old were observed as4 groups, and the situation of hand injury caused by opening the ampoule in 4 groups of patients was compared and analyzed.Results The total number of cases of hand injury caused by open ampoules in the 3 groups and the observation group 4 was compared with that of the observation group 1 and the observation group 2, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The total number of cases of hand injury caused by open ampoules in the 4 groups was compared with that of the 3 groups. The difference between the groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The reasons for the occurrence of hand injury caused by the nursing staff opening the ampoule are psychological tension, emergency use, uneven force, wrong method, and unskilled.Conclusion Opening the ampoule causes hand injury to occur in different nursing staff of different ages, and it is very important to strengthen the prevention of the cause of hand injury caused by opening the ampoule.
