摘 要:目的探讨抗生素和益生菌对大鼠小肠移植急排期末端回肠菌群及肠黏膜上皮的影响。方法将实验动物随机分为3组,采用异基因节段性原位小肠移植模型,分别使用生理盐水、庆大霉素、益生菌(培菲康)连续灌胃。变形梯度凝胶电泳分析移植后D7大鼠末端回肠菌群的变化特征,病理检测肠黏膜形态学变化并评分。结果抗生素组大鼠菌群多样性明显减少,与对照组菌群结构差异有统计学意义。益生菌组多样性未减少,大肠杆菌的繁殖明显弱于抗生素组。肠黏膜上皮在抗生素组较对照组损害严重,益生菌组则明显修复。各组病理变化评分差异无统计学意义(P=0.074)。结论围手术期抗生素的使用加剧了菌群结构和数量的改变和肠黏膜屏障功能损害严重。益生菌则有效减少了有害菌的繁殖,增加了乳杆菌等有益菌的数量,减轻肠黏膜屏障功能的损伤。Objective We focused on how gentamicin and bifico intervene gut flora change and regulate epithelial in acute rejection of small bowel transplantation. Methods A randomized into saline, antibiotic, probiotic group. Each rat received drugs intragastricly 14 days. Denaturing gradient gel electro- phoresis analyses flora variation in rat distal ileum on D7 after modeling. Pathological examination is also conducted. Results Flora diversity in antibiotic group was significantly different from other two groups, also with a more serious damage of ileal mucosal epithelium. Epithelium was significantly repaired in probi- otic group. However, tissue score has no significant differences in three groups (P = 0. 074). Conclusion Antibiotics exacerbated the change and damage, while probiotics reduced these injuries.
