摘 要:目前,创伤性颅脑损伤(TBI)是威胁人类生命的主要疾病之一,其发病率呈持续升高的趋势,具有较高的致残率和致死率。随着生物医学技术飞速发展,干细胞移植治疗创伤性颅脑损伤逐渐成为当前的研究热点。在动物实验及部分临床研究中,骨髓间充质干细胞(MSCs)应用最为广泛,已成为神经组织工程最重要的种子细胞。本文就MSCs移植治疗创伤性颅脑损伤的作用机制、移植方法、移植后的评估方法以及目前临床研究的进展作一综述。At present, traumatic brain injury (TBI) is one of the major diseases that threaten human lives and its morbidity is continuously increasing, with high disability rate and mortality rate. With the rapid development of bio- medical technology, stem cells transplantation in the treatment of TBI has become a hot topic. In animal experiments and clinical studies, bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are the most widely used, and have become the most important seed cells in nerve tissue engineering. In this paper, we reviewed the mechanisms of MSCs transplanta- tion in the treatment of TBI, the transplantation method, the evaluation methods after transplantation and the progress of clinical research.
