益肺荡尘合剂佐治尘肺病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察益肺荡尘合剂佐治尘肺病的效果。方法:120例随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,两组均给予西医常规治疗,观察组加用益肺荡尘合剂,治疗3个月。结果:总有效率观察组86.67%、对照组79.66%;两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后主要症状、肺功能、血氧指数明显改善,观察组咳嗽、咳痰、胸闷、气短改善优于对照组(P<0.05),肺功能、氧分压、血氧饱和度改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:常规西医治疗的基础上用益肺荡尘合剂治疗尘肺病可减轻临床症状,改善肺功能和缺氧状态,提高患者生存质量。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Lung Qi-supplementing and Dust-removing Mixture on patients with pneumoconiosis. Method：120 cases of pneumoconiosis were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. Patients in both observation and control groups received the conventional treatment and those in observation group were treated with LungQi-supplementing and Dust-removing Mixture. Both groups were treated for 3 months. Result：The total effective rate of observation group was 86.67% while that of the control group was 79.66%. There was statistical significance between the two groups（P﹤0.05）. The main symptoms,lung function and blood oxygen index of both groups improved obviously after the treatment compared with those of before treatment and the improvement of cough,expectoration,chest distress and shortness of breath in observation group was superior to that of the control group（P﹤0.05）. The improvement of lung function,partial oxygen pressure（PO2） and blood oxygen saturation（SpO2） of the observation group was superior to that of the control group（P﹤0.05）. Conclusion： LungQi-supplementing and Dust-removing Mixture could reduce the clinical symptoms and improve lung function and hypoxia and improve the quality of life of patients.
