综合疗法治疗复发性尖锐湿疣临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察CO_2激光、5-氟脲嘧啶、消疣汤联合治疗复发性尖锐湿疣(CA)的效果。方法:92例随机分为治疗组和对照组各46例,治疗组用CO_2激光、5-氟脲嘧啶软膏与消疣汤联合治疗,对照组仅用CO_2激光和5-氟脲嘧啶软膏治疗。结果:治疗组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合疗法治疗复发性尖锐湿疣复发率低。Objective： To observe the value of CO2 laser, 5-fluorouracil and Xiaoyou Decoction in the treatment of recurrent condyloma acuminatum （ CA ） in clinical application.Methods ： The 92 patients were randomLy divided into 46 patients in the treatment group and 46 in the control group, and the treatment group was treated with CO2 laser, 5-iluorouracil ointment and Xiaoyou Decoction.The control group was only treated with CO2 laser and 5-fluorouracil ointment.Results ： The efficacy of treatment group was significantly better than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： This method is worth popularizing because it has few adverse reactions, simple and convenient, effective curative effect, high cure rate and low recurrence rate.
