龟龄集联合维生素E及三磷酸腺苷治疗弱精子症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察龟龄集联合维生素E及三磷酸腺苷治疗弱精子症的效果。方法:110例随机分为对照组和研究组各55例。两组均口服维生素软E胶囊、三磷酸腺苷二钠片,研究组加服龟龄集。比较两组疗效、不良反应及治疗前后(a+b)级精子、a级精子及精子活率。结果:总有效率研究组高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后研究组(a+b)级精子、A级精子及精子活率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:龟龄集联合维生素E及三磷酸腺苷治疗弱精子症效果显著,且安全性佳。Objective： To observe the effect of Guilingji combined with vitamin E and adenosine triphosphate in treatment of asthenospermia. Method： 110 cases were randomly divided into control group and research group, with 55 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with vitamin E and adenosine triphosphate by oral administration and the research group were treated with Guilingji additionally. After 3 months, the therapeutic effect, adverse reaction, level （aq-b） sperm, level A sperm and sperm motility before and after treatment were compared between two groups. Result： The total effective rate of research group was higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, level （a＋b） sperm, level A sperm and sperm motility of research group was significantly more than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Guilingji combined with vitamin E and adenosine triphosphate has significant effect in treatment of asthenospermia, which could increase sperm motility, with good safety.
