人工周期疗法联合益肾疏肝活血法治疗卵巢早衰肾虚肝郁血瘀型疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察人工周期疗法联合益肾疏肝活血法治疗卵巢早衰肾虚肝郁血瘀型的疗效。方法:90例随机分为两组各45例。两组均用人工周期疗法治疗,治疗组加用益肾疏肝活血法治疗,1个月为一疗程,连续治疗3个疗程。结果:总有效率治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),临床症候积分治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),两组治疗后血清性激素指标较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:人工周期疗法联合益肾疏肝活血法治疗卵巢早衰肾虚肝郁血瘀型疗效较好。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of supplementing kidney, dispersing hver and promoting blood method combined with artificial cycle methods in the treatment of premature ovarian failure with kidney-deficiency liver-depression and blood stasis type. Method： 90 cases were divided into 2 groups in random, with 45 cases in each group. The treatment group were treated by supplementing kidney, dispersing liver and promoting blood method combined with artificial cycle methods while the control group were only treated with artificial cycle methods. One month as one course of treatment, both groups were treated for three coupes continuously. Result： The total effective rate of the treatment group was superior to that of the contml group （ P〈0.05 ） . The clinical symptom scores of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .The serum sex hormone level in the two groups after treatment were significantly improved compared with that before treatment （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： Supplementing kidney, dispersing liver and promoting blood method combined with artificial cycle methods have good therapeutic effect in the treatment of premaatre ovarian failure with kidney-deficiency hver-depression and blood stasis type.
