特警技战术特征及体能需求研究

摘　　要：研究旨在以公安学和训练学相关理论为基础,以特警技战术和体能训练深度融合为视角,从合理划分特警技战术类别入手,正确揭示特警技战术特征,深入探讨不同特征技战术的体能需求。研究主要运用专家调查、个案研究等方法对特警技战术系统进行筛选。揭示出特警技战术具有精准性、垂直性、快速性、易损性和整体性特征,从训练学因素、动作和能量代谢三方面分析不同特征特警技战术的体能需求。使体能训练能够紧密围绕特警技战术需求,能够为体能与特警技战术训练一体化提供理论依据,为特警科学化训练奠定基础。This study was based on the theory of public security and training,from the perspective of deep integration of special policemen＇s techniques and tactics and physical fitness training,started from the reasonable classification of special policemen＇s techniques and tactics,correctly revealed the characteristics of special policeman＇s techniques and tactics,and further explored the physical fitness needs of the special police. The research screened the special policemen＇s techniques and tactics system by the methods of expert investigation,case study,logical analysis and others. It revealed that the special policemen＇s technique and tactics have the characteristics of precision,verticality,rapidity,vulnerability and integrity. From three aspects of training factors,movements and energy metabolism,this study analyzed the physical fitness requirements of the special police＇s techniques and tactics with different characteristics,hoped that physical training could be closely related to the technical and tactical requirement of the special police,and could provide theoretical basis for the integration of physical fitness training and techniques and tactics training,and lay the foundation for the scientific training of the special police.
