采用PoE供电的高速以太网分布式数据采集系统

摘　　要：设计了一种基于以太网的分布式数据采集控制系统。该系统的数据采集核心采用RCM5700微处理器模块,该模块适用于快速以太网应用开发;传输部分充分利用了以太网带宽大、结构简单、可扩展性强、成本低廉的特点,配合上位机监控软件,可以方便有效地监管整个系统。系统供电采用PoE技术,在传输数据的网线上同时提供电流,避免了以往数据采集节点单独的电源设计,简化了电源供应。实验证明整套系统实时性好、适应性广、结构简单、可靠性高,充分满足了分布式系统数据采集的要求。In the paper,the distributed data collecting and control system is designed.This system is based on RCM5700,which is adapt to Ethernet solution and full utilizes high bandwidth,high scalability,simple structure,low-cost feathers of the Ethernet.With a set of software,the entire system can be controlled effectively.Besides,based on PoE technology,the power system can supply power on the same cable that carries data.This greatly reduces the complexity of the power supply system while improves reliability.The experiment results show that the whole system has good real-time performance,wide adaptability,simple structure and high reliability,and fully meets the requirements of distributed system data acquisition.
