摘  要:本研究以134个小麦品种(系)为材料,测定其粉质仪参数和沉淀值,筛选出14个强筋、35个中强筋小麦品种。利用9 329个SNP标记进行标记与品质性状之间的关联分析,共检测到567个显著关联位点(P<0.005)。其中148个标记(属于50个QTL)与品质性状存在稳定关联,单个标记的表型变异解释率范围是6.18%~24.12%;110个稳定关联标记被定位在除了4D、5B和7D之外的18条染色体上。本研究得到的关联位点对小麦品质性状的分子标记辅助育种和相关基因克隆具有一定价值。In this study,the farinograph parameters and sedimentation value of 134 wheat varieties( lines) were evaluated,and 14 high gluten and 35 high-medium gluten varieties were screened out. The correlation between marking and quality traits were analyzed using 9329 SNP markers. The results showed that a total of 567 significant correlation loci were detected. Of these,148 markers( belonging to 50 QTLs) had stable association with quality traits. The phenotypic variation explanation rate range was 6. 18% to 24. 12%.There were 110 stable correlation markers which were located on 18 special chromosomes except 4 D,5 B and7 D. These results provided useful information for marker-assisted selection in wheat breeding programs and cloning of related genes for quality traits.
