摘 要:为明确济麦22大面积高产的适宜播量,采用大区试验设计,研究不同播量对该品种干物质积累与分配、小穗结实性和产量的影响。结果表明,随播量增加,出苗至拔节期的干物质积累量呈递增趋势,开花期和成熟期表现为先增后减;单位面积穗数和产量也呈先增后减趋势;小播量明显促进成熟期单茎干物质在各器官的分配量,提高花后干物质积累量及其对籽粒的贡献率,获得较多的结实粒数和千粒重。本试验条件下,济麦22在鲁西南地区的适宜播量是150~225 kg/hm2,最佳播量为150 kg/hm2。In order to determine the suitable sowing amount of wheat variety Jimai 22 for high yield in large area,the effects of different sowing amounts on dry matter accumulation and distribution,seed-setting traits of spike and yield were investigated by means of large-area experiment design. The results showed that with the increase of sowing amount,the amount of dry matter accumulation increased from emergency to jointing stage,but increased firstly and then decreased in anthesis and maturity. The panicle number per unit area and yield were also increased firstly and then decreased. The small sowing amount treatment could dramatically promote the accumulation of dry matter per stem in different organs at maturity,and increase the dry matter accumulation after flowering and contributions to grains,so more seed number and thousand-kernel weight could be obtained. The suitable sowing amount of Jimai 22 in southwest Shandong was 150-225 kg/hm2,and the optimum sowing amount was 150 kg/hm2.
