摘 要:炭疽菌属(Colletotrichum)真菌是一类重要的植物病原真菌,能侵染大多数种植作物,引起炭疽叶枯病和根茎腐烂病,使作物减产甚至绝产,造成严重的经济损失。对引起植物炭疽病的各个物种及其分子机制进行详尽描述和分析研究,可为植物炭疽病的防治策略研发提供重要参考依据。本文从基因组学角度,以7种与农业生产联系紧密的炭疽菌属真菌为对象,阐述了近年来炭疽菌属基因家族的扩展;并从碳水化合物活性酶类(CAZymes)、次生代谢物质(SM)和效应蛋白等三个方面进行了总结,展望了炭疽菌属真菌基因组学信息的开发与利用前景,以期利用基因组测序技术和生物信息学分析手段对该类真菌进行更深入地研究。The fungal genus Colletotrichum includes more than 100 species responsible for anthracnose foliar blight and rot diseases of nearly every crop,resulting reduce or even lost production,and subsequently causing serious economic losses. The detailed description and analysis of various species and molecular mechanisms of Colletotrichum can provide important reference for the research of control strategies. In this article,seven Colletotrichum fungi closely related to agricultural production were introduced based on the genomics study,and the expansion of the gene family in recent years were elaborated. We summarized the three aspects of carbohydrate active enzymes,secondary metabolites and effector proteins,and predicted the prospects for the development and utilization of genomics information of Colletotrichum. We would attempt to carry out deeper research and exploration on Colletotrichum by genomic sequencing technology and bioinformatics analysis methods.
