摘　　要：利用UG NX软件,可对船用低速二冲程柴油机气缸体进行3维建模。通过对气缸体结构特征进行分析,提出对整体式气缸体和分段式气缸体采用不同的建模方法进行UG NX三维建模,从而简化气缸体这种具有复杂结构的零部件的建模,大大减少建模的工作量,提高建模效率。A 3D model of the cylinder block of a low speed two-stroke marine diesel engine can be built using UG NX software.Different UG NX software-based modeling methods are proposed for the modeling of one piece cylinder block and assembled cylinder block based on the analysis of the structure characteristics of these two types of cylinder blocks,which can simplify the modeling of similar complicated components,reduce the workload of modeling and improve the efficiency of modeling.
