摘　　要：新开发的机车柴油机在配套路试考核过程中,其飞轮输出端与主发电机连接的弹性联轴节的弹簧片发生断裂。根据弹簧片断裂现象,从设计、零件材料、柴油机运行状况等方面进行分析排查,最终确定了故障的主要原因;并根据故障要因对联轴节实施改进,消除了故障隐患,从而确保柴油机的下一步试验认证。The elastic joint spring of a newly developed locomotive diesel engine,which connects the engine flywheel and generator,broke down during the engine field testing.The analysis of the cause was made from design,material and engine operation according to the feature of the breakdown.The main causes were located and improvements were made to the joint to eliminate the failure and ensure the further engine verification testing.
