摘  要:良好的进、排气系统是保证柴油机正常工作的前提。在进排气系统中,进气阻力和排气背压是分别用来衡量进排气系统优劣的2个重要指标,所以在柴油机进排气系统设计过程中必须控制合理的进气阻力和排气背压,否则会造成柴油机性能恶化。通过柴油机台架试验,分别改变进气阻力和排气压力来研究进气阻力和排气背压对增压中冷柴油机动力性和经济性的影响。试验结果为进气系统和排气系统的优化设计提供依据。A good intake and exhaust system is a premise to ensure the normal operation of an engine.The intake resistance and exhaust backpressure are two important indicators to be used to assess the quality of intake and exhaust system,so it is important to design reasonable intake resistance and exhaust backpressure for intake and exhaust system,otherwise it will cause the engine performance deterioration.The effects of intake resistance and exhaust backpressure on the opwer performance and economical efficiency of a turbocharged and intercooled engine were investigated experimentally by changing the intake resistance and exhaust backpressure respectively.The results provide the guiding base for the design of the intake system and exhaust system.
