摘  要:以带式输送机托辊为研究对象,首先建立了以托辊间距为主要变量的托辊数学模型,通过对数学模型的分析,给出了托辊间距的最优设计方法。在MATLAB下进行了数值模拟计算,结果表明:基于最优分布的托辊间距设计方法可大大提高输送带的使用寿命。Taking the carrier roller of the belt conveyor as the research plant. First,the mathematical model of the carrier roller is built with the interval between the carrier rollers as the main variate,and the optimization design method of the interval between the carrier rollers is given through the analysis of the mathematical model. Furthermore,the numerical simulation calculation is drawn in MATLAB,and the results show that the optimization-layout-based design method of the interval between the carrier rollers can greatly improve the lifetime of the belt.
