摘 要:适用于夏季生产环境温度不小于25℃,Q550材质焊接件的焊接方法为熔化极富氩气体保护焊(MAG焊)。通过焊接试样的维氏硬度的测定和分析,判断在焊接过程的热循环下有无淬硬组织,从而作为材料可焊性的重要试验数据之一,也是评定焊接工艺力学性能的试验之一。以掩护梁结构件为例,通过控制焊接过程焊接规范参数、焊道布置、焊接顺序等操作要点,以保证可靠的焊接制造质量。It is suitable for welding production of Q550 material in summer with ambient temperature(≥25 ℃). The welding method is argon arc welding(MAG welding). Through the determination and analysis of the hardness of the welded Vivtorinox, the hardened microstructure is judged under the heat cycle of the welding process, which is one of the important test data for the weldability of the material,and also one of the tests to evaluate the mechanical properties of the welding process. The shield beam structure is taken as an example to ensure reliable welding quality by controlling welding parameters,welding path arrangement, welding sequence, and other operating points.
