摘 要:针对煤矿斜巷安全运输的弱点和从减轻职工劳动强度的角度出发,提出了一种风动连杆挡车装置,该装置以连杆为基础,通过气缸驱动,实现气缸活塞杆的直线运动转化为挡车杠的曲线运动。该装置使用材料较少,工程安装量小,职工操作简单,杜绝了因人工操作带来的人身事故。最后以平煤股份二矿井下某一斜巷轨道运输为例验证了该挡车装置设计的优点。Aimed at the weakness of inclined lane transportation safety and reduce the coal mine worker labor strength perspective,proposing a pneumatic buffer device for connecting rod, the device is based on the connecting rod, driven by cylinder, buffer rod for implementation into the linear motion of the cylinder piston rod curve movement.The device USES less material, small amount of work, simple operation of workers, and eliminates human accidents caused by manual operation.Finally, the advantages of the design of the vehicle are verified by the example of the track transportation of an inclined lane in the No.2 mine of Pingmei shares.
