摘　　要：针对当前工作面使用的MG300/700-WD电牵引采煤机喷雾系统喷雾降尘效果差、滚筒磨损严重及截齿消耗多等问题,对采煤机供水管路和外喷雾装置进行综合改造,并且增加了下部护板保护外喷雾装置。通过现场验证,不仅降低了截齿消耗,而且取得了较好的降尘效果,具有很大的借鉴意义。In view of the problems of the MG300/700-WD electric haulage coal shearer spray system used in the current working face, the effect of spray system is poor, the roller wear is serious and the cutting tooth consumption is much, the water supply line and the external spray device of the shearer are comprehensively modified, and the outer spray spray device of the lower shield is added. Through field verification, it not only reduces the consumption of picks, but also achieves better dust suppression effect, which has great reference significance.
