摘　　要：硬质合金头脱落是镐形截齿失效的一种常见形式,其发生的主要原因是钎焊质量。通过对影响截齿钎焊质量的几种因素分析,探寻提高钎焊质量和截齿性能的一些方法措施,为镐形截齿的研制和钎焊工艺控制提供参考。In the actual production process, the conical bits are very easily invalid. First, it introduces the structure, material selection and cutting conditions of conical bits. Then, it not only analyzes and discusses the forms and reasons of the invalidation of the conical bits, but also comes up with some measures to improve their work performance according the statistics results from the production field.
