摘　　要：目的了解德阳市活禽市场外环境中甲型流感病毒分布情况,为人感染禽流感的防控提供参考依据。方法在德阳市6个县(市、区)范围内的所有活禽交易市场开展采样检测,采用Real-time PCR方法对样本进行甲型流感病毒检测,阳性样本进行H7亚型禽流感病毒核酸监测,采用卡方检验进行数据分析。结果在德阳市范围内138个活禽市场共采集611份标本中,检测出甲型流感病毒核酸阳性标本87份,阳性率为14.24%(87/611),未检出H7亚型禽流感病毒。结论德阳市各县(市、区)城乡活禽市场外环境中甲型流感病毒阳性率较高,存在人感染风险,活禽市场应落实定期休市、消毒制度,强化养殖从业人员、活禽市场运输、贩卖、管理人员等重点人群的风险认识,提高防病意识和能力。Objective To understand the distribution of influenza A virus in the external environment of live poultry market in Deyang and provide references for the prevention and control of human infection with avian influenza. Methods The sampling detection was carried out in all live poultry markets in 6 counties of Deyang. The samples were tested in the detection of influenza A virus by Real - time PCR, the positive samples were tested about the H7 subtype avian influenza virus nucleic acid monitoring, and the data were analyzed by ehi square test. Results From the 138 live poultry markets in Deyang, 611 samples were collected, 87 positive specimens of influenza virus nucleic acid were detected, the positive rate was 14.24% （87/611）, and the H7 subtype of avian influenza virus was not detected. Conclusion The positive rate of influenza A virus in external environment was high in the rural and urban living poultry market in the county （city, district） of Deyang, which implicated that there was the risk of human infection. The live poultry market should implement the regular closure and disinfection system, strengthen the risk awareness of the focus groups, such as people who were in the breeding, transportation, trafficking and management of the poultry market, and improve their knowledge and capacity of prevention of disease.
