摘  要:肠道菌群和宿主的共生关系是物种经历数百万年共同进化的结果,它们甚至作为宿主的一部分参与和影响机体的生理功能和疾病进程.人体免疫是贯穿生命始终的机体防御系统,机制复杂、影响因素众多,其中肠道菌群对人体免疫的稳态维持发挥着重要的作用.本文就肠道菌群与免疫系统疾病之间的关系做一简单阐述,以期医务工作者及相关领域研究者加深对二者关系的认识,为疾病的预防、治疗及预后提供参考.Intestinal flora can participate in and influence the physiological function and disease process of the organism as part of the host .The symbiotic relationship between intestinal flora and the host is the result of species′evolution over millions of years .Immunity system , which is complex and includes multiple influencing factors , is the necessary defense system that runs through human life .Among them, the intestinal flora plays an important role in maintaining the steady state of human immunity system .In this paper, the relationship between intestinal flora and immune system disease is briefly described , in order to deepen the understanding for medical workers and researchers , and provide references for the prevention , treatment and prognosis of the disease .
