摘　　要：互联网技术的飞速发展不断冲击着传统出版行业,信息生产方式、传播方式和消费方式都发生了改变。数字化时代对出版从业者们提出了新的要求,行业现实存在的许多人才需求问题亟待解决,比如出版行业到底需要何种人才、出版行业人才需求是否严重数字化等等。文章在调查统计2017年春季网络发布的编辑出版人才招聘信息的基础上,分析出版行业对应聘人员职业能力、知识结构、综合素质的要求,探讨行业当下对编辑出版人才的具体需求。The rapid development of Internet technology constantly impact the traditional publishing industry, the mode of information production, transmission and consumption patterns have changed. The digital age has put forward new requirements for the publishing industry, and the existing personnel demand problems in publishing industry need to be solved urgently. For example, what kind of talents the publishing industry needs, and whether the personnel demand in the publishing industry is seriously digitized, etc. Based on the survey and statistics of the recruitment information of publishing industry published online in the spring of 2017, analyze the requirements of the publishing industry on the applicant s professional ability, knowledge structure and comprehensive quality, to explore the industry s current personnel demand.
