摘 要:对某电厂220t/h四角切圆锅炉低氮燃烧改造前后炉内的燃烧情况进行数值模拟,对比分析了改造前后炉内速度场、温度场、组分场的分布,并通过后处理的方法得到NOx体积分数分布。结果表明:数值模拟得到的炉内燃烧基本符合实际燃烧,模拟结果与实际运行数据误差均在5%以内;改造后NOx体积分数下降了60%左右,且燃烧情况得到改善。Numerical simulations were conducted on the combustion condition of a 220 t/h tangentially-fired boiler before and after retrofit, while a comparative analysis was carried out on the distribution of velocity field, temperature field and component concentration in the furnace, after which, the distribution of NO x volume fraction was obtained by post-processing method. Results show that the simulated combustion condition basically agrees with the actual situation in the tangentially-fired boiler, and the error between simulation results and operating data are all within 5%; besides, the NO x volume fraction has fallen by 60% after retrofit, with improved combustion condition obtained simultaneously.
