摘 要:为了提高某300MW煤粉锅炉的效率,提出了2种烟气余热回收的改造方案,并对这2种方案的经济性和设备运行的稳定性进行了对比和分析。结果表明:方案1和方案2分别可以降低发电煤耗1.8g/(kW·h)和3.5g/(kW·h),年收益分别为187.2万元和364万元;方案2中通过低温省煤器和空气预热器的烟气温度比方案1高,很好地抑制了低温腐蚀,是最优的改造方案。To improve the efficiency of a 300 MW pulverized coal-fired boiler, 2 schemes were proposed for flue gas waste heat recovery, while the economy of the unit and the stability of equipment operation were compared and analyzed for both the schemes. Results indicate that the coal consumption in scheme 1 and scheme 2 could be reduced respectively by 1.8 g/(kW ·h) and 3.5 g/(kW ·h), with an annual revenue of 1.872 million RMB and 3.64 million RMB accordingly; besides, the temperature of the flue gas passing through the low-temperature economizer and air preheater in scheme 2 is higher than in scheme 1, indicating better performance of scheme 2 in inhibiting low-temperature corrosion, which therefore is recommended as the optimal scheme.
